He was predeceased by: his father Richard. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Tossey (Dunkley); his stepchildren, Katie Draper (Gilly) of Brook Park, MN, Libby Tossey of Fargo, ND and Scott Tossey of Hinckley, MN; his granddaughters, Avri and Nora; and his mother Joan Mann. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
