He was predeceased by: his wife Cheri Ginter; his father Gerald Macaulay; his sister Marie Carol Macaulay; and his stepfather Mike Huss. He is survived by: his mother Carol Macaulay; his daughter Michelle; his grandson Benjamin; his siblings, Kat Schrautemyer and Dan Macaulay (Christie); and his nephews, Micah and Jace Macaulay. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
