Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Robert Welsh of Wauzeka, Wisconsin, born in Boscobel, Wisconsin, who passed away at the age of 83, on August 14, 2021. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Earl S. Welsh and Mae Welsh (Payne); his grandfather Payne; his uncle Paul Payne; his wife Luba Trubnikova of Wauzeka; his children, Robert Welsh (Peggy) of Gillette Wy, Bill Welsh (Shonda) of Texas, Mary Jean Haines (Ramie) of Gillette Wy and Jackie Morgan (Darin) of Gillette Wy; his grandchildren, Bobby Welsh, Brian Welsh, Wyatt Welsh, Amanda Welsh, Lane Walsh, Bridgette Harris, Nikki Maly, Ali Morgan and Jay Morgan; his siblings, Ethel Biba of Waunakee and Paul Welsh of Wauzeka; and his grandson Bo Morgan. He was also cherished by 11 Great-Grandchildren.

“So very sad to hear of Bob's passing. I worked with Bob when he was the Experience Works coordinator in the Grant County Southwest area. He was such nice and wonderful person to know and work with. Also enjoyed seeing him at the rendezvous in Prairie du Chien. I am glad I got to know him. He was such a kind soul. He will truly be missed. Kari Oates”
