He is survived by: his sister Ethel Biba; and his nieces and nephews, Mitch Biba, Scott Biba, Greg Biba, Robert Welsh, Bill Welsh, Mary Jean Haines (Welsh) and Jackie Morgan (Welsh). He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
