With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Michael John Atkinson of Wauzeka, Wisconsin, born in Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin, who passed away on April 30, 2023 at the age of 62. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, LaVern Atkinson and Virginia Atkinson (Bomkamp); his stepfather Thor Romanek; and his brothers-in-law, Jerry Kreher and Dale Bendickson.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Kreher; his daughters, Kristy Nuttkinson (Bonnie) and Linda Atkinson-Pettee (Andrew); his siblings, LaVern (Betty), Don Atkinson (Joan), Deb Stuckey (Gary) and Sarah Bendickson (Mark Kudlacik); and his grandchildren, O'Neil and Raegan Pettee. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
