She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Lewis and Sophia Lewis (Burgus); her grandson Christopher Atkinson; her siblings, William Lewis (Diane), Richard Lewis, Randy Lewis, Maxine Fuerstenberg, Diane K. Lewis, Florence and Patricia; and her close friends, Roger Cooley and Rose Stivarius.
She is survived by: her husband Don; her children, Don Atkinson (Audra), Tonia Vial (Heath Hubanks) and LaVern Atkinson III (Sara); her grandchildren, Tyler Atkinson (Shawna), Haley Atkinson, LaVern Atkinson, Jacob Atkinson, Jory Vial and Ryan Vial; her great grandchild Grayson Atkinson; her siblings, Jean Roghers (Charles) and Charles Lewis (Carmen); her siblings-in-law, Sharon Lewis and Francis Fuerstenberg; her close friend Merry Cooley; and her niece Darcie Cisneros. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
