He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Czajkowski and Irene Czajkowski (Frontczak). He is survived by: his wife Joyce Urbaniak; his daughter Lara Czajkowski Higgins (Michael); his grandchildren, Logan, Tessa and Kye; and his daughter Nadia Czajkowski-Schepp (Keven).
