He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Rowe and Dorothy Rowe; and his siblings, Carole Phillips and John Rowe. He is survived by: his children, Trisha Wenger (Joel), Heidi Cvilikas (Anthony), Brenda Rowe Plasz, Bradley Thomas Rowe and Keith Rowe; his grandchildren, Brooke Smith (Nate), Matt Foster (Cherise), Samantha Ruppert (Shane), Taylor Plasz, Thomas James Foster and Hopper Rowe; his great grandchildren, Steven and Matthew Smith; his siblings, Kurtis and James Rowe; and his former wife Karen Rowe. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Luther Manor Foundation are appreciated.
