Patricia A. (Forck) Jablonowski Obituary
Jablonowski, Patricia A. (née Forck) of Wauwatosa, WI died January 19, 2024, at 87, surrounded by her children and loved ones. Known affectionally by many as Pat, she took pride in being mom, grandma, and great grandma.
Pat was born on February 17, 1936, in Jefferson City, MO. She is preceded in death by her devoted husband of 51 years, James S. Jablonowski, her sister Juanita Kaltenbach, and her parents Vincent and Clara Forck. Pat will be lovingly remembered by her children Cindy (Pat) Allen, Greg (Shirley) Jablonowski, Kathy (Jeff) Ford, Bob (Kathy) Jablonowski, Carol (Paul) Lagatta, and David (Maria) Jablonowski; her grandchildren Martine, Joseph, Kristen, Michelle, Racheal, Brett, Andrew, Ethan, Emily, Krystel, Mary Beth, Sean, Sarah, and Hannah; her great-grandchildren Aryon, Zachary, Amir, Bradyn, William, Kenyon, Easton, Kingston, Waverly, Brayden, Savannah, Ashton and Nora; her brother-in-law Karl Kaltenbach and family; her sister-in-law Pat (John) Heveroh and family; and many other treasured relatives and friends. Pat's family is especially grateful to the staff and community at Harwood Assisted Living Center and Horizon Hospice for their compassion and care in Pat's final days. She'll be forever missed.
A visitation will be held Saturday, January 27 from 10:30-11:15 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church (12130 W Center Street).
