She was predeceased by: her parents, Scott Thomas and Marie Boyd Thomas; and her daughter Nicole Veasey. She is survived by: her children, Ezzard Charles Thomas (Vinetta), Caroline Veasey Williams, Velbert "Pokey" Veasey and Sharon Hegwood (Alvin). She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Bethel A. M. E. Church (4203 N 35th St, Milwaukee, WI 53216). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Bethel A. M. E. Church (4103 N 35th St, Milwaukee, WI 53209).
