She was predeceased by: her husband Jerome H. Chase; and her sisters, Mary Wille and Marilee Zarov. She is survived by: her children, Amy Kemnitz (Wade), Anne Price (Kelvin) and Michael Chase (Krystal); and her grandchildren, Nathan and Nicole Kemnitz. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in Martha's name to Our Savior's Lutheran Church 145 E. Lisbon Rd. Oconomowoc are appreciated.
