She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Hale and Lorraine Hale; and her siblings, Kathryn Novak and John "Jeff" Hale. She is survived by: her children, Kevin Hartshorn, Anita Hart (Matt Brick), Shawn Hartshorn (Jennifer) and Bethany Baxter (Brian); her grandchildren, Jayden, Jacob, Nathaniel, Nicholas Hartshorn, Brailey and Brecken Baxter; her siblings, Monica Miller (Walt), Ginny Chandler (Bruce), Patrick Hale (Dawn), Michael Hale, Jennifer Franjevic (Dale) and Mary Bower (Duane); and her brother-in-law John Novak. She is also survived by nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
