She was predeceased by: her parents, Julia Daly and Tom Lohr; and her sisters, Patricia "Patty" Lohr and Therese "Teri" Lohr. She is survived by: her daughters, Morgan McCormick (Riley) and Kelly Erbe (Jason) of Colorado; her sister Catherine "Catie" Cuvala; her stepfather Raymond Daly; her stepbrothers, Phil and Chris Daly of Illinois; and her sons-in-law, Riley and Jason. She is also survived by several aunts/uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Additionally, donations in Maggie's name to any humane society or animal rescue or any cancer research program are appreciated.
