Julie J. Dunn Obituary
WAUWATOSA - (nee Wick) Passed away peacefully at home on June 11, 2023. Preceded in death by her husband Joseph A. Dunn. Julie is survived by her son Joe Dunn; daughters Jean Dunn and Maggie (Rob) Potrzebowski; and grandchildren Jasmine Dunn and Nick, Matt, and Kate Potrzebowski. She will also be missed by her cousins, nieces, nephews, and many friends. Julie enjoyed her career as an educator for the Milwaukee Public School System, including her last assignment at Palmer Elementary. She kept an active life traveling, touring all of Milwaukee, attending Marquette University basketball games, swimming at Hoyt Park, and volunteering at the Tosa Community Food Pantry and St. Ben's Community Meal. She had a lifelong love for her cat companions including her most loyal friend Max, as well as George and Keewa. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Tosa Community Food Pantry or St. Ben's Community Meal. Visitation for Julie will take place from 10 AM until the time of Mass at 11:30 AM on Thursday, June 22, 2023, at St. Bernard Catholic Church, 1500 N. Wauwatosa Ave., Wauwatosa, WI 53213.
