He was predeceased by: his parents, Emery Albee and Mildred Albee (Tool); his sister Glenore Hannah; and his son-in-law Dave Hart. He is survived by: his significant other Dona; his children, Craig and Sue Hart; his daughter-in-law Micki Fox; his grandchildren, Isabel, Brooke Hart and Levon Albee Fox; his brothers, Arden and Bill Albee; his goddaughter Pamela Christensen Ronca; and his pet Blackjack. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Jack's name to any of the following organizations, or one of your choice: The American Heart Foundation (heart.org), the National Kidney Foundation (kidney.org), or the Alzheimers Association (alz.org).

“Craig and Sue Hart, please accept my deepest condolences for the loss of your beloved father, Jack. Please know that though I was unable to attend his memorial services, my thoughts and prayers have been with you and your family since I learned the news. I will miss Jack so much as he and Dona have been very special people for me.
