JoAnne Zrinsky Obituary
JoAnne Zrinsky, of Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, passed away peacefully after a heroic fight with cancer on January 3, 2023, at the age of 79.
She is survived by her beloved husband Roger Zrinsky of 60 years, her sons Robert (Tracy) Zrinsky, Andrew (Becky) Zrinsky, and Matthew (Jenny) Zrinsky, and her grandchildren Nadine (Andre) McMillian (nee Zrinsky) and Linus Zrinsky.
Born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on July 23, 1943, JoAnne attended West Division High School where she graduated in 1962. She married and began her work as a mother with her first born in 1963. She soon entered the workforce to help support and grow her family. In 1980 and again in 1981 her second and third sons were born. When not busy raising her family, she enjoyed family vacations, traveling, entertaining, dining out, interior design, being outdoors, volunteering, and spending quality time with lifelong friends and family.
JoAnne was preceded in death by her parents, William L. Moore, and Julia M. Moore (nee Hrpa), and 3 siblings including spouses, MaryAnn (Gary) Large, John (Chris) Rakowiecki, and Jim (Carol) Rakowiecki and her granddaughter Stephanie DeAngelis.
She is further survived and loved dearly by many additional family members, including her great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, close friends, and co-workers, and will truly be missed.
