She is survived by: her husband Jack; her children, Joanne Carlson (Chip), James (Patricia), Joe (Gayle) and Julie Potnek (John); her sisters, Mary Barden and Peggy Ford; and her daughter-in-law Nina Chantharat. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
