He is survived by: his siblings, Paul (Charlotte), Dennis (Nicole) of Milwaukee and Karen (late Dan) of Canada; and his nieces and nephews, Jonathan, Michelle, Anthony, Eric, Ashley and Tayler. He is also survived by 8 great-nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
