She was predeceased by: her sister Joyce Culbertson; her parents, Charles "Bud" Culbertson and Otillia "Tillie" Culbertson; and her nieces, Alison Verhaalen, Jennifer (Joe) and Kuntner.
She is survived by: her daughter Dawn Marshall; and her brothers, Charles "Buddy" Culbertson (Susan) and Gerald "Jerry" Culbertson.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Jan's honor to the Wisconsin Humane Society.
