She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert J. Fobian and Evelyn Gimler Fobian; and her brother John D. Fobian. She is survived by: her nephews, Robert F. Fobian (Jasmine D'Addario) and Michael P. Fobian (Veronica); her great-nephews, Oliver, Tyler, Kaleb and Jacob; and her great-niece Carmella.

“Jane and her mother, Evelyn, were dear friends to me. Although I was close to 25-30 years younger than Evelyn, she asked me to become her pen pal when I was a sophomore in college in 1981. She was visiting Colonial Williamsburg, and I sold her a ticket to visit the Historic Area. We remained pen pals for close to 10 years. I rekindled the "pen pal" relationship with Jane via phone. Their impact on my life remains profound and they are forever missed by me. God bless them both. Troy Lewis”
