He is survived by: his wife Angela "Angie" Sisk; his child Kirstin Seizer (Richard); his grandchildren, Aidan and Abigail; his son Tyler Sisk (Elizabeth); his grandchildren, Simon, Frances and Margaret; his son Trevor Sisk (Kimberly); his grandchildren, Maura, Rosemary and Cullen; and his brother John Sisk, Jr.. He is also survived by other family members and close friends.
