She is survived by: her husband Danny; her children, Danny Jr. (Sue), Katie Smith (Paul), Jamie (Deb), John and Mary O'Donoghue (Mike); her grandchildren, Patrick (Jessica), Dan Smith, Eileen Smith, Brendan, Deirdre, Bridget, Sean, Ruairi, Siobhan, Katie and Declan; her great grandchildren, Lucy and Molly; and her sister Jane. She is also survived by other relatives and many friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to Fairview South School for special needs children, Brookfield appreciated.
