He was predeceased by: his wife Dona; and his child Jil Migawa (Charles). He is survived by: his close friend Diane Roth; his children, Jan Spalding (Karen) and Jef Spalding; and his grandchildren, Andrew Spalding (Caitlin), Kristina Chapin (Matthew), Aarika, Emilee, Ellee Spalding, Taylor, Nicholas Migawa, Daniel and Evelyn Spalding. He is also survived by many relatives and dear friends.
