Edward J. Garchar Obituary
Born to eternal life on June 25, 2022 at the age of 92. Beloved husband and best friend of the late Helen "Bunny" Garchar for 64 years. Cherished father of Linda (Jim) Sonntag, Mary (Tom) Greco and Laura (Rob) Olsen. Loving grandpa of Christopher (Katia), Neal, Ryan, Adam, Emily (Melvin), Michael (Shannon), Anthony and Juliann and great grandpa of Tatiana. Further survived by other relatives and friends. Ed was a proud veteran of the U.S. Air Force and the Korean War. Visitation on Wednesday, July 6, 2022 at Schmidt and Bartelt Funeral Home, 10121 W. North Ave., Wauwatosa from 5 PM until the time of Vigil Service at 7:30 PM. Visitation continues on Thursday, July 7, 2022 at St. Jude the Apostle Catholic Church, 734 Glenview Ave., Wauwatosa from 10 AM until the time of Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM. Interment will take place in Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
