Dolores J. Dowling Obituary
After struggling and suffering with Alzheimer's for several years, Dolores Jean Dowling peacefully returned home to our Lord, on January 4, 2023.
Loving mom of Laurie and Tammy. Fond mother-in-law of Mark and Scott. Grandma "D" to Sarah, Jennifer (Kevin), Zac (Laura Catherine), Laura (Collin), and Ben (Alyssa). Great grandma "D" to Haley, Nicholas, Kolter, Cooper, Nola, Lyla, Avery, and Boomer. Loving and dearest friend of Manley. Baby sister of Richard and Jack. Further survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Dolores worked for many years in health care. She enjoyed traveling, dancing, music, bingo, playing cards, shopping, and spending time celebrating birthdays, graduations, and holidays, especially Christmas, with family and friends.
A gathering of family and friends will begin at 12 PM Noon until the time of memorial service at 12:30 PM on Saturday, January 21, 2023, at the Schmidt and Bartelt Funeral Home, 10121 W. North Avenue, Wauwatosa, WI 53226. A luncheon will follow in the community room at the funeral home.
A heartfelt thank you to the staff who cared for mom, for the past three months, at Castle Sienna in Greenfield.
