He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. William and Helen Madden; and his siblings, John Madden and Maureen Ellsworth. He is survived by: his wife Suzanne; his daughters, Amy Davis (Bryant) and Anne Pudelko (Josh); and his grandchildren, Oliver, Ellie, Otis, Taylor, Scarlett and Bennett. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
