He is survived by: his wife Sandra Kay (Lupton); his sons, John Dugan (Jennifer) and Brian Dugan (Kristin); his grandchildren, William, Connor, Grace, Colin, Patrick and Margaret; his sisters, Eileen Alm (Robert) and Alice Travanty (David); and his fur buddies, Lucy and Harley. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
