He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Arden Wandrey and Elvira Wandrey (Bandt); his wife Wendy Rae Waite; his children, Joseph Wiatr (Heather Watts) and Kerrie Tobianski (Jeff); his grandchildren, Brittany, Codi (Caitlin), Katelyn, Trevor (Elizabeth), Jacob, Hanna and Weston; his great grandchildren, Brielle, Sebastian, Declan and Charlotte; his sisters, Barbara Wandrey and Bonnie Gayhart (Larry) of Adell, WI; and his niece Jenny Wampler. He was also cherished by other relatives and many friends.
