He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert R. Hoffa and Betty J. Hoffa Sr. (Bruneske). He is survived by: his sons, James R. Hoffa (Jaclyn) and Scott M. Hoffa; his grandchildren, Weston, Nadia, Sidney, Nickolas and Calvin Hoffa; and his siblings, Marsha Thomson (Randy) of Pequot Lakes, MN, Jo-Ann Chilewski (Gary), Kathy Lehman (Jeff) and Daniel Hoffa (Kim). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
