He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Clifford J. Foley and Leone A. Foley (Tetzlaff); and his sisters, Kitty, Patricia, Mary Ellen and Susan. He is also survived by nine nieces and nephews, also by grandnieces and grandnephews, other relatives and friends.
