He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Williams and Veronica Williams (Tehan); his wife Marion; and his sister Margaret Petzold (Robert). He is survived by: his children, Teri (Williams), Blacklock (Austin), Sandra (Williams), Borowiecki (Tomasz), Mary, Tom, Ann (Williams) and Dotson (Horace Jr.); his grandchildren, Andrew Joseph Borowiecki (Ashley) and Rebecca Borowiecki Ziebelman (Scott); and his siblings, Barbara Granger (Jerry), David Williams (Nikki), Robert Williams (Valerie) and James Williams (Nancy). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relative and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Waushara Community Church (N2126 22nd Ave, Wautoma, WI 54982). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
