He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Anthony Peters and Elizabeth Peters; his wife Joyce B. Cullen; his children, Gary Peters, Debbie Reilly, Michael Peters of Newport Beach, CA and Kathy Ellickson of Columbus; his grandchildren, Amy Sanidad, Savanah Gleckler, Allison Smith and Charlie Peters; and his close friends, Bev Kendl of Wautoma and Roy Mizia of Wautoma. He was also cherished by 17 great grandchildren, and 1 great great granddaughter.
