He is survived by: his wife Carla Gohlke; his children, Jim Fredrick (Julie), Perriann Fredrick, Berlin and Cheryl Fredrick of Bend, OR; his grandchildren, Paul Fredrick (Julia) of Kuna, ID and Emily Fredrick (Ted) of Logan, UT; his sister Delores Porter of Avon, OH; and his siblings-in-law, Phil Gohlke and Sandy Gohlke. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
