We bid farewell to Nanette M. Stahl of Wautoma, Wisconsin, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on February 12, 2025 at the age of 75. Nanette touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Nanette M. She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Schley and Nita Schley (Straw); her brothers-in-law, Frank Weiland and Fred Stahl; and her stepfather Mike Sauerbrei.

She is survived by: her husband John Stahl; her sons, Dean (Valerie) and Jeff Stahl (Angela); her sisters, Patti Dittburner (Larry) and Judi Weiland; her grandchildren, Brady, Ava Stahl, Brianna Viertel (Ryan), Kiersten Hunt (Hannah) and Sydney Williams (Derek); and her siblings-in-law, Robert Stahl (Pat) and Marilyn Stahl. She is also survived by nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (364 S Cambridge St, Wautoma, WI 54982). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.

For those wishing to express their sympathies, the family kindly requests in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made in Nancy's name to ThedaCare At-Home Hospice (1818 N. Meade St., Appleton, WI 54911 - include donation form found on website) or St. Joseph Catholic Church (364 S. Cambridge St., Wautoma, WI 54982).

“I'm so sorry to hear of Nancy's passing. I first met her at Stahl's on Fish Lake when John brought her home for the weekend. She was drop-dead gorgeous, like a cross between Liz Taylor and Nataly Wood. Her personality was as smooth as silk and as warm as butter and honey. Everyone fell in love with her. My heart goes out to John and to all of her family. She will surely be missed.”
