It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mildred Rowden of Wautoma, Wisconsin, born in New Providence, Iowa, who passed away on January 14, 2021, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Otis Rhodes and Nellie Lois Mills; her husband Joseph Henry Rowden; and her sons, Kevin and Scott.
She is survived by: her siblings, Merrill and Thelma; her son Stephen Rowden (Cindy); her grandchildren, Heather Rowden and Allison Pierce (Joshua); her great grandchildren, Olivia Rowden (JD Niemeyer) of Ft. Wayne, Demarcus Bennett of Ft. Wayne and Mason; her great great grandchildren, Johnathon, Cameron and Kingston Niemeyer of Ft. Wayne; her brother Norman "Nip" Rhodes (Patty); and her sister-in-law Marilyn Rhodes. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and friends.
Memorials may be made to the Wautoma Public Library or Heartland House CBRF, Wautoma, where she spent the last six months of her life making friends, loving staff and playing bingo!
