He is survived by: his wife Sharon Garthwaite; his children, Melissa Kozlowski (Shane) and Benjamin Weiss (Melissa); his stepgrandchildren, Joshua Weiss, Gabriel Weiss, Elizabeth Weiss, Ethan Kozlowski, Tyler Kozlowski, Casandra Kozlowski and Lillian Kozlowski-Reeves; and his siblings, Charles Weiss (Barb), Donald Weiss (Mary), Donna Watts (Joe), Steve Weiss (Becky) and Katie Norman. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, many nieces and nephews and cousins.
