She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Monroe and Gladys Monroe (Hardy); and her husband Robert Tarr. She is survived by: her children, Roberta Apps (Dan) and Todd Tarr (Marlo); her grandchildren, Kristine Nagreen (Brad), Jodi Apps (Britten Keep), Derek Apps (Kristin), Ashley King (Trey), Jaclyn Gunderson (Ben), Brittany Sailer (Matt Martin) and Morgan Sailer (Ken Fink Jr); her great grandchildren, Noah Nagreen, Peter, Felicity King, Harper, Hadleigh, Hudson Gunderson and Dax Martin; and her siblings, Caroline Jungenberg, Judi Bielmeier (Fred), Nancy Williams, Betty Carlson (Gerry), Ken Monroe (Collene), Jim Monroe and Allen Monroe (Ann). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
