He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Wedell and Marian Wedell (Bray); and his stepfather William Gomoll. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Wedell; his sons, John Wedell (Gracie), Christopher Wedell (Jessica) and Michael Wedell (Debra); his grandchildren, Melissa, Katrina, Cynthia, Elisha, Brett, Sedona, Casimiro and Kiara; and his sisters, Betty Bahn and Elaine Shruck (Gordon). He is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren; one great great granddaughter.
