He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert L. Owen and Gertrude B. Owen (Netzel); and his brother-in-law Wayne Adams. He is survived by: his spouse Denise Ellen Pflugh; his sisters, Barb Adams, Karen Bretzel (Mike) and Wautoma; his sister-in-law Diane Tobias (Nolan) of Milwaukee; his nephews, Jamie Kienast (Dallas), Spring Lake, Jason Bretzel (Heidi Hurd), Omro, John Bretzel and Wautoma; and his great-nieces, Jazmyn, Jayson, Joscelyn, Jayden and Justyce.
