He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Hembree and Myrtie May Hembree (Lay); and his great grandchild Peyton Marie Holland. He is survived by: his significant other Bernice; his sons, James "Doug" Hembree (Marilyn) and Jeff Hembree (Wanda); and his grandchildren, Jason Hembree, Angie Lipinski (Kenny), Steven Hembree (Andrea), Erica Piekarski (Mark), Jenna Holland (Bill) and Katie Block (Kyle). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
