He was predeceased by: his parents, William Fregin and Virginia Fregin. He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Welch (Nicole) and Steven Fregin (Ashley); his grandchildren, Kylie, Abby, Eren, Sadie, Sophie and Shaylee; his brother-in-law Bernie Miller; his nephews, Robert (Kimberly) and Michael Miller; and his great-niece Mackenzie Miller. He is also survived by several stepbrothers and sisters, other relatives and friends.
