He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Weiland and Adela Weiland (Otto); his sister Karen Wenzel; his brother-in-law Douglas Wenzel; and his friend Donald "Don" Simonson.
He is survived by: his nephew Geoffrey Borree (Jackie); his niece Rachel Dillon (Paul); and his great-nephews, Blake and Thompson Borree. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
