He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Witmer and Anna Witmer; his sister Pauline; and his siblings-in-law, Glenn Baer, Dennis Hindal, Florence Witmer (Leslie) and Rachel Witmer (Schrader).
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn; his children, Kenneth (Anna) of Craven Arms, Sharon Hoover (Duane) of Neshkoro, Arlene Fox (Laurence) of Browerville, Duane (Kendra) of Medford, Jerilyn Bauman (Cornelius) of Garland, Beverly Byler (Titus) of Goodhue, Gloria Weaver (Keith) of Tremonton and Harlan (Eunice) of Arlington; his sisters, Carolyn Baer (Witmer) of Sheldon and Lorene Witmer of Augusta, Wisconsin.; his grandsons, Wendall Fox and Jackson Weaver; and his great grandchild Lincoln Schrock. He is also survived by his fifty-one grandchildren, forty-four great-grandchildren.
