He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Borter and Anna Borter; his former wife Marjorie Nesheim; his wife Marjorie Borter; his children, Ruth Larson (Randy), Mark Borter, Martha "Marty" Hall (Eric) and James Borter (Tina); his grandchildren, Lauren, Jessica, Zachary and Skyler; and his brother Erwin Borter. He was also cherished by two nieces, a nephew, other relatives and friends.
