DuWayne E. Bartel Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 1, 2024, at the age of 86, DuWayne E. Bartel of Wautoma, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, DuWayne E. shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid DuWayne E. farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Bartel and Amanda Bartel (Slife); his brother Victor "Vic" Bartel; and his parents-in-law, Clifford and Rosalie Rose.
He is survived by: his wife Jean Bartel; his children, Scott Bartel (Samantha) and Iola (Colonel Lisa Bartel); and his siblings-in-law, Barbara Bartel, Mary Rose and Thomas Rose (Patricia). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 8th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Peace Lutheran Church (335 W Prairie St, Wautoma, WI 54982). A funeral service was held on Sunday, December 8th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
