He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Wesley and Ruth Marie Tarr (French); his daughter Sharon Tarr-Roenfranz; and his siblings, Cindy Lou Spooner, Mary Pat Formanek, Robert Tarr, Marvin Tarr, Richard Tarr and Alan Tarr.
He is survived by: his spouse Pamela Ann Adams; his children, Diane Judge of Iowa City, IA, Kyle Wesley Tarr, Kirsten Lenore Tarr, Milwaukee, Kory Ward Tarr and Wautoma; his grandchildren, Benjamin Colt Tarr of Santa Cruz, CA, Monique Pamela Tarr and Milwaukee; his brothers, William Tarr (Patricia) of Carl Junction, MO and Keith Tarr (Sharon); his siblings-in-law, Terrill Adams (Helene) of Ames, IA and Linda Van Voorhis (Charles) of Story City, IA.; and also Episcopal Church. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
