She was predeceased by: her parents, Woodrow Pflugh and Ethel Mae Pflugh (Graham). She is survived by: her husband James R. Owen; her sister Diane Tobias (Nolan) of Milwaukee; her sisters-in-law, Barb Adams, Wautoma and Karen Bretzel (Mike); and her close friends, Vonnie and Mary. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, other relatives and friends.
