She is survived by: her parents, John Murphy and Lydia Murphy (Lukowicz); her husband Ronald Ratajczak; her daughter Carrie Henning (Adam); her grandchildren, Hannah, Lakota, Bailey, Haven "Rocky" Henning, Marek Ludwig and Zachary Christensen; her sisters, Kathleen "Kitty" Davis and Carol Murphy; her son Scott Christensen; and her siblings, Harlan "Hub" Lukowicz, Rita Anderson, Margaret "Maggie" Haskamp and Helen Olson. She is also survived by other relatives and dear friends. Colleen was preceded in death by her parents.
