He is survived by: his wife Judi Slovinski; his children, Becky White (Roger), Bud Slovinski (Dawn) and Keith Slovinski (Cindi); his grandsons, Christopher White and Dustin White (Jacqui); his great grandchildren, Isaiah Faust, Landen White, Liam Slovinski, Bradley Check and Ana Lambert; and his great great grandchild Lexus Faust.
