He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Sr. Burk and Dorothy Burk (Fay); and his sisters, Nancy Lee Burk and Dawn Fay Hickey. He is survived by: his significant other Richard Bielski; his son Scott Edward Burk (Tiffany); and his siblings, Judy Scaggs, Paul A. Burk and James D. Burk (Pamela). He is also survived by brothers-in-law; sisters-in-law; grandchildren; nieces, nephews and many friends.
